Instructional Design

A portfolio of training programs I have designed and developed — some delivered personally, others handed off to other instructors. Each program was built from the ground up with defined learning outcomes, structured modules, and real-world application in mind.

Design Philosophy

Built for the Real World

Every program I design starts with a single question: what does this person need to be able to do when they leave the room? That outcome-first approach — drawn directly from law enforcement training methodology — drives every module, exercise, and assessment.

Training that doesn't transfer to the field isn't training — it's theater. My programs are built to close the gap between classroom knowledge and operational competence.

Outcome-Driven Design

Every module maps to a measurable competency

Scenario-Based Learning

Real-world exercises, not hypotheticals

Instructor-Led Delivery

Expert facilitation, not self-paced modules
